Ella got to go on her first trip to San Francisco today!

She crossed the bay bridge and went to Golden Gate Park to the California Academy of Science.

Here she is with her favorite aunt Elizabeth!

Now she is playing with a ray and a bunch of pretty fish!

Watch out for the DINO FOOT!!

We saw an Albino alligator.

Next we ran from the hungry cheetah!

The High Country

Well, today we decided to take our first family trip up river into the high country and show Ella what the big trees look like.

We saw lots of different types of trees, with the giant sequoias stealing the show. It

was sunny, but cold-in the 50's. I would like to pretend like Ella was blown away, but she really just slept through a lot of it!

We stopped in a meadow on the way home to have a picnic and take more photos of her.

Election Day!

YAY! Ella had her first Election Day!!

Although we vote absentee, we walked our ballots in so Ella could be a part of it all.

We couldn't wait for the results that night!

Ella wore her shirt hoping for the election to go her way! Boy was she excited!
